1. General Provisions
ZYNIX reserves the absolute right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms, conditions, and policies at any time without prior individual notice. It remains the user’s responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Continued usage of the website constitutes legal acceptance of those modifications.
2. Products & Pricing
- Availability: All merchandise displayed on the platform is subject to real-time stock availability and may be discontinued or limited at our sole discretion.
- Price Adjustments: Product prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Promotional pricing or discounts apply strictly within their designated timelines.
- Accuracy Disclaimer: While we enforce premium standards to display accurate product descriptions, material composition details, and colour representations, minor variations due to digital rendering or display screens may occur.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content hosted on this platform — including but not limited to official logos, visual graphics, unique designs, industrial copy, brand imagery, and layout structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of ZYNIX. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, mirroring, or exploitation of these assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
4. Order Acceptance & Limitation
ZYNIX retains the operational right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order processed through our platform. Triggers for cancellation include, but are not limited to, product unavailability, backend technical or pricing errors, or transactions flagged by our payment gateways as suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
5. Payment Framework
All transactions must be executed using verified and approved digital payment channels enabled at checkout (currently Razorpay for UPI, cards, net banking; plus Cash on Delivery where available). Orders will move into the fulfilment and manufacturing pipeline exclusively following absolute payment validation and confirmation.
6. Limitation of Liability
ZYNIX, its affiliates, and its operational partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital platform or the wear and deployment of our physical apparel products.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms, corporate policies, and retail operations shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in compliance with the prevailing statutory laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
