Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days across India.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed transparently during checkout.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999, and during promotional campaigns or on selected orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
ZYNIX is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the logistics partner for resolution.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Reshipping costs incurred due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
International Shipping
At present ZYNIX ships within India only.
