- Payment data: ZYNIX itself does not store full card or UPI credentials. Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant gateway partner (Razorpay).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifier, anonymised session cookies for cart persistence.
- Marketing preferences: only collected when you opt-in to our newsletter or WhatsApp updates.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfil orders, send dispatch and delivery notifications.
- To handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer-service requests.
- To prevent fraud, detect suspicious activity, and comply with applicable Indian laws.
- To send marketing communications you have explicitly consented to. You can opt out anytime by clicking “unsubscribe” or replying STOP.

- Razorpay — for processing online payments.
- Shiprocket / our logistics partners — for shipping, tracking, and reverse-pickup.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing.

5. Data Retention
Order, invoice, and tax-related records are retained for the period mandated by Indian financial regulations (typically 7 years). Account and marketing data is retained until you request deletion.

ZYNIX does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
