ZYNIX — Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At ZYNIX we take pride in the quality of our products and value our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and professional framework for returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Undergarments & Innerwear — Strict Hygiene Standard
STRICT HYGIENE REGULATION: Due to strict health and sanitation guidelines, undergarments & innerwear are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for standard reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference differences).
- Defective or damaged items only: A replacement or exchange will only be facilitated if the undergarment item is found to have a manufacturing defect, physical damage upon delivery, or if the incorrect item was dispatched.
- Product condition: The item must be entirely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and remain inside its original packaging with all product labels and hygiene tags completely intact.
- Reporting period: Any defect or shipping error must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of order delivery along with valid proof (unedited unboxing video / high-resolution photographs). Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
2. General Products (Apparel & Accessories)
- Eligibility window: Return or exchange requests must be formally initiated within 7 days from the official delivery date.
- Condition criteria: All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and in its original, pristine condition. It must be returned along with the original brand box, packaging inserts, price tags, and invoice documents.
- Exchange fulfilment: Product size or colour exchanges are strictly subject to real-time stock availability. If the requested alternative is out of stock, customers can choose between an alternative item, store credit, or a refund.
3. Return & Exchange Process
- Submit request — Email support@zynixwear.in with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
- Verification — For damaged, wrong, or defective products, attach unedited unboxing videos or clear high-resolution photographs.
- Reverse logistics — Upon approval, our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your registered address within 2–4 business days.
4. Inspection & Refund Framework
- Quality inspection: Returned items undergo mandatory inspection by our Quality Control team upon receipt at our warehouse.
- Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment channel (or as a ZYNIX Store Wallet credit) within 5–7 business days post successful QC verification.
- Non-refundable costs: Original outbound shipping charges, custom duties, and cash-on-delivery service fees are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Approved cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Repeated fake or rejected COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.
- ZYNIX reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, technical errors, or suspicious activity.
6. Disclaimer
ZYNIX reserves the absolute right to reject any return or exchange claim if the item shows visible signs of usage, damage, washing, or if the product tags have been tampered with.
